About the Role

As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will lead complex consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients, developing growth strategies, market entry plans, and organizational transformation roadmaps. You will work directly with C-suite executives and serve as a trusted advisor on their most critical business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• ✓ Lead strategy consulting engagements from scoping through delivery
• ✓ Develop comprehensive business strategies and growth roadmaps
• ✓ Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and financial modeling
• ✓ Present findings and recommendations to C-suite executives
• ✓ Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development
• ✓ Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• • MBA from a top-tier program or equivalent experience
• • 7+ years of management consulting experience at a leading firm
• • Proven track record of leading complex strategy engagements
• • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• • Experience across multiple industries preferred
