About the Role
As an Operations Consultant, you will help clients achieve operational excellence through process optimization, lean implementation, and technology-enabled solutions. You will work across industries to identify inefficiencies, design improvements, and support implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓ Assess client operations and identify improvement opportunities
- ✓ Design and implement lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- ✓ Develop process optimization recommendations with measurable ROI
- ✓ Support implementation of operational improvements
- ✓ Build client capability through training and knowledge transfer
- ✓ Contribute to thought leadership and practice development
Qualifications
- • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- • 4+ years of operations consulting or operational management experience
- • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt minimum, Black Belt preferred)
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization tools
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
