About the Role

Our Junior Consultant program is designed for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career in management consulting. You will rotate across practice areas, developing foundational skills while contributing to real client engagements from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• ✓ Support senior consultants on client engagements across practice areas
• ✓ Conduct research, data analysis, and financial modeling
• ✓ Prepare client deliverables and presentation materials
• ✓ Participate in client workshops and stakeholder interviews
• ✓ Contribute to internal knowledge management and thought leadership
• ✓ Complete structured training and development program

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree from a top university (all disciplines considered)
• • 0-2 years of professional experience
• • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn
• • Leadership experience through extracurriculars or prior roles
