About the Role

As a Human Capital Consultant, you will advise organizations on their most important asset — their people. You will work on engagements spanning talent strategy, organizational design, culture transformation, leadership development, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct organizational assessments and design solutions
  • Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Design and facilitate leadership development programs
  • Support culture transformation and change management initiatives
  • Build compensation and performance management frameworks
  • Present recommendations to senior HR and business leaders

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, MBA, or related field
  • 5+ years in HR consulting or senior HR business partner role
  • Experience with organizational design and talent strategy
  • Strong facilitation and workshop design skills
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking methodologies
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience in Middle East markets preferred
