About the Role
As a Human Capital Consultant, you will advise organizations on their most important asset — their people. You will work on engagements spanning talent strategy, organizational design, culture transformation, leadership development, and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓ Conduct organizational assessments and design solutions
- ✓ Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies
- ✓ Design and facilitate leadership development programs
- ✓ Support culture transformation and change management initiatives
- ✓ Build compensation and performance management frameworks
- ✓ Present recommendations to senior HR and business leaders
Qualifications
- • Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, MBA, or related field
- • 5+ years in HR consulting or senior HR business partner role
- • Experience with organizational design and talent strategy
- • Strong facilitation and workshop design skills
- • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking methodologies
- • Cultural sensitivity and experience in Middle East markets preferred
