About the Role
As a Financial Advisory Analyst, you will support M&A transactions, financial restructuring, and corporate finance advisory engagements. You will build financial models, conduct due diligence, and help prepare materials for client presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓ Build detailed financial models for M&A and advisory engagements
- ✓ Conduct financial due diligence and analysis
- ✓ Prepare client presentations and information memoranda
- ✓ Support deal execution and transaction management
- ✓ Perform industry and competitive research
- ✓ Assist with valuation analyses and financial projections
Qualifications
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
- • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, PE, or financial advisory
- • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- • CFA Level I or II preferred
- • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- • Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
